In his talk Dave addresses ways members can use nucs to raise their own colonies and queens to produce better bees, lower costs and reduce the importation of queens. So if you already have your own nuc boxes or are participating in the NSBKA Silver Bee Project Initiative or contemplating doing so then this talk is one you should not miss.
Dave Bonner is a Master Beekeeper and has been keeping bees since 2005 and was a Seasonal Bee Inspector for 10 years.
At his apiary in Dunsmore Heath in Warwickshire he runs 25 productive colonies and is a member of Warwickshire BKA where he is actively involved in their education and training programme
